Vantage Point Consulting assisted IBM with the development of a $150 million proposal to the Unites States Army. Vantage Point wrote the technical solution for their tiered help desk solution, customer relationship management tool, help desk knowledge management tool, and quality control processes. As a result of our work, a  10-year contract was awarded to IBM. Vantage Point Consulting provides ongoing consulting to the project on help desk and customer service quality best practice solutions.

We provided website analytics, developed a team strategy for redesigning the website to for a target market, defined MGSM's key differentiators and value messages, rewrote Web content, and oversaw site construction and launch.

Vantage Point Consulting led a strategic planning implementation workshop with Baker College leadership to help them create a 60-day action plan. Our client was able to get "unstuck" and mobilize with the assistance of a Vantage Point project leader and facilitator skilled in higher education, marketing strategy, and project management. Baker College is an active participant in the Vantage Point Military Marketing Program.

Program Mentors contact students throughout the student life cycle to help students set educational goals, select an appropriate degree plan, complete their enrollment processes, and provide ongoing and proactive support and encouragement to help students meet their long term educational goals. Vantage Point is also providing an admissions process evaluation to aid in new enrollments and retention.

CTC is a major provider of educational opportunities to active duty Army personnel. Vantage Point Program Mentors* work closely with CTC students as the students work towards degree completion. Mentors provide ongoing, proactive support and encouragement to students, helping them identify and meet their educational goals. CTC is also an active participant in our Military Marketing Program.

Program Mentors contact students throughout the student life cycle to help them set educational goals. Mentors continue to work with students on an ongoing and proactive basis to help them meet their goals.

*Research shows that a key retention factor for adult learners is proactive program mentoring. Our mentors combine a rich background in student counseling and advising with professional outbound customer support. They are able work across 2-3 school accounts enabling colleges to share the cost of this support.
