Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges (SOC) - Won a five year contract in partnership with IBM to assume management of and modernize Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges (SOC) - www.goSOCed.org. SOC's mission is to work with Voluntary Military Education and Higher Education Institutions to define and create education career pathway networks that help Servicemembers transition from military service to civilian careers.
University of Maryland University College (UMUC) – Led strategic planning and operational improvement projects focused on improving Student Success and Retention, Advising Services, and Student Communication processes, policies and technologies. Successfully led large Workday implementation, to include end-user training and change management.
United States Army – Have worked as a small business partner to IBM Business Consulting Services since 2007, program management, strategic planning, user experience/usability design, technical developers, customer services support staff, and configuration management staff to a multi-year contract with the US Army to delivery GoArmyEd - www.GoArmyEd.com. GoArmyEd is a learning and tuition assistance management system that coordinates delivery of education benefits and advising to over 200,000 Soldiers. As a result of this work, Vantage Point was selected as a 2012 Small Business Administration (SBA) Sub-Contractor of the Year award recipient for our region.
Baker College Online – Facilitated strategic planning workshops with the Baker College Online management team to define specific objectives to improve student retention and support services. Managed the implementation of a student retention CRM system that provided early notification of at-risk students and facilitated cross-departmental collaboration to engage with and support at-risk students.
US Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) – Served as the prime contractor on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software implementation, providing project management and technical integration support. Vantage point partnered with CRM vendor Hobsons to provide a hosted CRM solution for the USCGA to support the cadet application, review and communication processes.
Coastline Community College (CCC) – Partnered with Coastline Community College to conduct an end-to-end process improvementand strategic planning assessment to review its delivery of education to incarcerated students across the State of California.
Thomas Edison State College (TESC) – Facilitated student lifecycle workshops with TESC Leadership to define a student centered vision, measurable objectives, prioritized initiatives, and detailed implementation plans.
